Biography
Zakaria Aghdou is a first-year PhD candidate at the SETAB Scientific Laboratory (Health Sciences, Environment, Food Technologies and Biotechnology), affiliated with the Doctoral School of the Private University of Marrakech (UPM). His research lies within the field of Health and Agro-Industry Engineering. He holds a State Engineering degree in Agro-Industry from UPM (2025), following a program in food processing, food science and industrial management.
